Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our educational team at DSIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading soft skills training programs aimed at enhancing students' personal and interpersonal skills. The role requires working with students to help them develop essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and deliver engaging soft skills workshops and training sessions that cater to the specific needs of students. Topics may include communication skills, time management, leadership, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and teamwork.
• Assess Students' Soft Skills: Evaluate students' current soft skill levels and create personalized development plans.
• Promote Positive Behavior and Attitudes: Foster a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to practice and develop effective interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with subject teachers and counselors to identify areas where soft skills development can be integrated into the curriculum or school activities.
• Conduct Group and Individual Sessions: Facilitate group discussions, role-playing exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions to help students improve their skills.
• Create Interactive Learning Materials: Develop and maintain learning resources, such as presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises that engage students and enhance their learning experience.
• Monitor Progress: Track students' progress over time and provide feedback to both students and school leadership on their development.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or training, ideally in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and learning styles.
• Knowledge of soft skills concepts and teaching methodologies.
• Experience with group facilitation and coaching.
• Certification in soft skills training or related fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
