US-Based 1st Party Collection Process (Bread) Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹32,000 per month Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 In-Hand Total: Up to ₹35,000 Work Schedule Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 8:30 AM (Rotational 9-hour shift) Week Offs: 2 rotational offs Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Agent in our Soft Collections Process ! Key Responsibilities Engage in soft collections via calls to assist customers in resolving outstanding balances. Ensure customer interactions are professional and aligned with company policies. Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high-quality service standards. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: HSC/Graduate Freshers and above are welcome. SSC candidates can apply with at least 1 year of BPO experience. Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to manage stress effectively in a challenging environment. Age Limit: Up to 39 years. Location: Candidates must reside within the transport boundary.
