• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of social behaviors, group dynamics, and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to objectively assess sensitive, nuanced, or culturally complex situations
• High attention to detail with strong analytical judgment
• Excellent English reading comprehension with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to remain neutral and professional when reviewing sensitive subject matter
• Comfort working independently in a remote, research-driven environment
• (Preferred) Prior experience in content moderation, research, or AI evaluation projects
• (Preferred) Experience with qualitative analysis or structured assessment methodologies
• (Preferred) Familiarity with digital research tools and collaborative remote workflows

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated conversations for clarity, relevance, and guideline adherence
• Interpret and label nuanced content using an understanding of social behavior and group dynamics
• Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency, precision, and impartial judgment
• Document detailed observations and feedback to support continuous AI research improvement
• Run scripted and exploratory scenario tests to assess AI model behavior and performance
• Uphold neutrality and objectivity when assessing sensitive, diverse, or challenging topics
• Participate in calibration and training sessions to ensure evaluation consistency across teams
