Social Science Teachers

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Boards, or competitive exam syllabi).
• Use creative teaching aids and digital tools to simplify complex topics.
• Assess students’ learning through tests, assignments, and interactive discussions.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance to students.
• Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills in students.
• Organize quizzes, group activities, and projects for an interactive classroom experience.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and motivating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow educators for academic planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Education (B.A., B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to learn modern teaching methodologies.

For Experienced Teachers:

• Master’s degree or higher (M.A., M.Ed., PhD) in Social Science or related fields.
• 1–10+ years of proven teaching experience in schools, colleges, or coaching institutes.
• Familiarity with competitive exam preparation and syllabus patterns is preferred.
• Ability to integrate technology-driven tools in teaching (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Student-centric teaching approach with patience and creativity.
• Classroom management and motivational skills.
• Ability to prepare students for academic and competitive excellence.
• Experience in creating lesson plans or study materials is an added advantage.

Salary Range:

• Freshers:

  ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA

• Experienced:

  ₹6 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience, expertise, and location)
