to join our editorial team. This role requires someone who is passionate about digital media, sharp with trends, and can bridge the gap between writers, editors, and audiences. You will play a vital role in curating, editing, and publishing social-first content that is accurate, engaging, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging social media posts focused on Entertainment, British Royal Family, and trending news topics.
- Research and identify fresh stories, viral trends, and emerging conversations across platforms.
- Edit and prioritize stories, ensuring high editorial standards while meeting deadlines.
- Design visually appealing posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Photoshop, and schedule them for publishing.
- Collaborate with editorial leads and writers to maintain consistency in tone, quality, and timeliness.
- Track platform performance and stay updated on social media algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media editing, digital publishing, or editorial roles.
- Strong command of English with excellent grammar, editing, and headline-writing skills.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Photoshop, and other relevant design/editing tools.
- Ability to spot and translate trending topics into engaging, platform-optimized posts.
- Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital newsroom environment.
