Role: Social Media Strategist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Create engaging, shareable content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and collaborations.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Research trends, hashtags, and audience insights to keep the brand relevant.
• Work closely with the design and content team to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) if required.
• Respond to audience interactions and maintain an active brand presence.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• (Optional for freshers) Experience in content creation, influencer coordination, or campaign management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.
