Organisation Description STREEE Foundation is a Pune-based non-profit organisation founded in 2023 with a mission to empower, uplift, and celebrate women from all walks of life. We conduct diverse events - from entrepreneurial meets and health awareness rallies to skill development workshops , movie premieres , and women empowerment festivals - all aimed at helping women connect, grow, and thrive. Our vision is to support educated and skilled women in unlocking their full potential , fostering self-belief, resilience, and collaboration. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist based in Pune . As a Social Media Strategist at STREEE Foundation, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we tell our story to the world. You’ll create and execute impactful social media strategies that highlight our events, initiatives, and inspiring women-led stories. Your work will include managing STREEE’s online presence across all platforms, engaging with our growing community, and ensuring our digital voice reflects empowerment, creativity, and inclusivity. Daily responsibilities include: Developing and executing social media campaigns for ongoing events and initiatives Creating engaging content strategies aligned with STREEE’s mission Managing communication across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Analysing engagement metrics and optimising content performance Coordinating with the event and marketing teams to amplify awareness and participation Qualifications Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy Strong communication and Public Relations skills Creative storytelling ability with a focus on women’s empowerment and community engagement Knowledge of social media analytics tools , funnels, and metrics Excellent organisational, multitasking, and collaboration skills A passion for driving social change and empowering women
