• Develop social media strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn & more
• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights
• Collaborate with our in-house content team (reels, carousels, posts, etc.)
• Stay ahead of trends, competitor strategies, and algorithm updates
• Suggest innovative content ideas that boost engagement and reach
• Support content planning for client campaigns too

• Proven experience with Instagram and other social media platforms
• Strong sense of trends, audience behaviour & content formats
• Strategic thinker with a creative eye
• Comfortable working independently & meeting deadlines
• Bonus: If you’ve worked with creators or influencers, that’s a big plus

• Paid per project (negotiable)
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule
• Exposure to real influencer-brand campaigns
• Potential to take on bigger projects with clients & build long-term collaborations
