About the Role:
Work with FACT Ops’ marketing team to craft and execute our brand’s social media strategy. Drive our online presence, nourishing brand visibility and follower engagement through analytics-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule content for all major channels
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social platform performance
• Identify audience trends and adapt strategy accordingly
• Support social campaigns and online community efforts
• Maintain a consistent and positive brand voice

You Bring:

• Passion for social media marketing and analytics
• Understanding of brand visibility metrics
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn/Instagram tools, and analytics dashboards
• Creative and strategic thinking
