Hiring Social Media Specialist (On-site, Full-time)

About Us:

At Vyom India Organics, we are on a mission to bring Ayurveda-inspired, eco-conscious wellness and personal care products to modern lifestyles.

Role Overview:

Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create & schedule engaging content (Reels, Posts, Stories) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & more.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Monitor trends, track analytics, and optimize campaigns for reach & engagement.
Manage community interactions (DMs, comments, queries).
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for cohesive campaigns.
Run ad campaigns and influencer collaborations when required.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong copywriting, content creation & editing skills.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar.
Knowledge of social media analytics & paid ads.
Creative mindset with a passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and sustainable living.
