Role Overview

• We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist with strong experience in sports clubs, gymkhanas, fitness, or recreation facilities.
• The candidate will manage the digital presence of the club, promote events, engage members, and enhance brand visibility across all social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage end-to-end social media strategy for the club/gymkhana.
• Design content calendars, campaigns, and communication plans for sports events, tournaments, festive functions, and membership promotions.
• Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes sports content, and event updates.
• Cover live sports events, matches, tournaments, and club activities for social media.
• Build and grow digital engagement among the clubs member community.
• Coordinate with sports coaches, event teams, admin, and club management to gather content.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in social media management.

• Mandatory

  : Experience with sports clubs, gymkhanas, fitness centers, or similar membership-based institutions.
• Strong understanding of sports culture, tournaments, and event-based content creation.
• Excellent skills in reels, short-form videos, trending content, and creative conceptualization.
• Proficiency in tools: Canva, CapCut , Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across club teams.
• Ability to work on weekends or during sports events when required (club environment).

• Run paid social campaigns for member acquisition, event promotions, or brand enhancement.
• Manage social listening, comments, DMs, and escalate member queries when required.
• Track KPIs, engagement metrics, growth analytics, and prepare monthly reports.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent communication across platforms.
