Role & responsibilities
Content Development & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers and technical teams to gather insights and translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Develop high-quality presentations for technical and executive audiences, ensuring a balance of clarity, depth, and visual appeal.
- Create and manage newsletters, blogs, and articles, effectively communicating key updates and innovations.
- Ensure content is represented in pictorial/graphical formats where needed to enhance understanding and engagement.
Event Organization & Creative Materials:
- Take the lead in planning and executing events such as ideathons, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare flyers, banners, and other creative materials to be used in presentations, events, and promotional activities.
Workshops & Process Facilitation:
- Organize and facilitate workshops to capture and document AS-IS processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with teams to gather input and structure information in a clear and structured format for decision-making and process improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Design, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a communications, content creation, or event management role, preferably within a technology, innovation, or engineering-focused organization.
- Experience working with technical teams and translating complex information into engaging and easily understandable content.
- Proven track record of developing high-quality presentations and reports for executive and technical audiences.
- Experience in organizing events, workshops, or ideathons.
- Strong ability to create visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, GSuite for pictographic representations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Storytelling and content structuring skills to create engaging and informative materials.
- Design and creative skills to represent information visually in an impactful way.
- Organizational skills to coordinate events and multiple content deliverables.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, and branding is a plus.
