Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, and graphics) that aligns with brand goals.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Monitor trends, track analytics, and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams for creative campaign execution.

Requirements

• Female preferred with 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
