About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Performance Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have worked in a Digital Marketing Agency, managing lead generation and e-commerce campaigns for international clients or markets. The individual must possess strong analytical skills, creativity in ad execution, and the ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
• Work on lead generation and e-commerce objectives with specific KPIs
• Manage campaign budgeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
• Track and optimize performance metrics like CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC & conversions
• Create engaging ad copy & provide creative direction to design teams
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting & placements
• Ensure accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, GA4 & GTM
• Prepare performance reports and insights for strategic improvements
• Handle communication & planning with international clients
• Stay updated with platform changes, policies & best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Meta Ads
• Agency experience is mandatory
• Proven expertise handling global clients or campaigns
• Strong analytical & reporting skills using Ads Manager, Sheets/Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
