As a Creative Operations Executive at this exciting new venture in the photography and creative media space, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing photography-related projects. Your role will involve: - Assisting a senior team member in the day-to-day execution of photography-related projects - Supporting media operations and coordination across photography projects - Coordinating with photographers, editors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless shoot execution - Being present during on-ground shoots when required, managing logistics and real-time communication - Maintaining trackers, records, and basic documentation as per project needs - Collaborating with senior team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to planning, and support execution strategy - Following up on timelines, sharing real-time updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks - Acting as a bridge between multiple stakeholders - team, clients, and photographers - Maintaining shoot readiness (props, gear coordination, etc.) and supporting post-shoot workflows - Participating in internal discussions around shoot planning, client deliverables, or creative workflows - Taking initiative when needed - whether it's managing a small task independently or stepping in on shoot day As a successful candidate for this role, you are: - A proactive doer - resourceful, dependable, and committed to follow-through - Extremely organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks without losing detail - A natural communicator - confident with teammates, vendors, and creative professionals - Genuinely interested in photography, shoots, or media production as a work environment - Comfortable with in-person meetings, dynamic fieldwork, and fast-paced environments - Emotionally intelligent, with a professional, client-facing presence Good to have skills include: - Prior internship in photography, event coordination, media production, or digital content - Exposure to shoot environments, client handling, or vendor coordination - Knowledge of basic photography or camera gear terms (even out of interest!) - Basic design skills (Canva or similar) for internal decks or updates - Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, or any task-tracking system Joining this venture means being part of a creative business from the ground up, working directly with decision-makers, and gaining exposure to both the creative and business sides of building a photography brand.
