Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing strategies, creating content, optimizing social media platforms, and overseeing daily social media activities. Tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, and fostering engagement with the audience.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and performance
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the human resources or recruitment industry is a plus
