We're currently looking for a talented and driven Social Media / Meta Ads Manager to join our marketing team. Job Description: As a Social Media / Meta Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. You will also oversee our brand’s social media presence and drive engagement through creative content and campaigns. Experience in Meta ads and social media only ( 3-5 years) walk-in-interview Preferences : Female candidate Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns Monitor ad performance, A/B testing, and audience targeting Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports for the client. Manage daily posts, stories, and reels across platforms Develop content calendars and work with designers/copywriters for creatives Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals Requirements: Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads) Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking Experience in social media content strategy and community management Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,451.25 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Meta Ads: 2 years (Required) Social media marketing: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person
