Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing professional located in Pune. The Social Media Marketing professional will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, developing social media strategies, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing engagement metrics. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience required

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and develop strategies
• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
