Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Social Media Marketing who lives and breathes PC gaming and digital innovation. If you spend your evenings intense Dota 2 battles, scoring goals in FIFA, or clutching rounds in Counter Strikeand also love strategizing impactful social campaignsthis role is made for you. In this position, youll help build our gaming presence and brand community online by launching exciting campaigns on platforms like Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and more. You will also conceptualize and execute creative ideas to foster and grow an engaged gaming community on our social channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Gaming-Focused Content Creation: Develop engaging, gaming-centric content and social campaigns that resonate with gamers across platforms.
• Community Building: Ideate and implement strategies to engage and grow the gaming community on social media through creative campaigns, interactive posts, contests, and influencer collaborations.
• Social Campaign Execution: Plan, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across Meta, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms with a strong performance marketing mindset.
• Trend Spotting & Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in gaming, esports, and social media to help stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with Influencers: Work with gaming content creators, streamers, and esports communities to amplify the ROG (Republic of Gamers) brand.
• Performance Reporting: Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance using platform insights and tools.

QUALIFICATION:

• Gaming Passion: A true enthusiast of PC gaming titles like Dota 2, Counterstrike, FIFA, or similar. Familiarity with the gaming ecosystem and online culture is essential.
• Social Media Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience executing social media campaigns. Experience with Meta Business Suite, X Ads, and Instagram strategy preferred.
• Education: MBA in Marketing or any relevant degree with social/digital marketing experience.
• Certifications: Facebook/Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or other digital marketing certifications are a plus
