About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Social Media Executive to join our team and contribute elevate our

brand presence across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for developing engaging content,

staying on top of trends, and fostering a thriving online community.

Responsibilities:

• Execute creative social media content with in-house shot content and influencer content

• Conduct ongoing research to stay on top of emerging trends (GenZ)

• Schedule and post social media posts

• Analyze social media performance and utilize data insights to refine content strategies

• Actively participate in fostering positive brand interactions on social media channels

• Working with the brand teams and marketing

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven ability to create engaging and audience-oriented social media content

• Proficiency in creating high-quality phone shot content for social media

• Beauty enthusiast with experience in social media marketing

• Strong awareness of current social media trends

• Ability to ideate content that aligns with those trends and brand requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on crafting clear and

concise messaging

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media

• Experience within the beauty industry

• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset
