Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in the Hastings Area. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing social media marketing campaigns, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing brand presence across various social media platforms. The specialist will also be required to analyze performance metrics and communicate effectively with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing skills
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking
• Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
