Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google Ads)

Role Overview:

You’ll handle paid ads, page optimization, and strategy building across multiple niches. If you can’t show proven results, this role isn’t for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Improve social media pages/profiles for better reach, engagement, and conversions
• Build tailored marketing strategies for different niches (products & services)
• Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research
• Create, test, and refine ad creatives and landing pages
• Monitor daily performance and fix issues proactively
• Prepare clear reports with actionable insights
• Work closely with design/content teams to execute campaigns

Core Skills Needed:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, targeting, funnels, and analytics
• Ability to build niche-specific strategies (B2B, B2C, services, e-commerce, etc.)
• Experience improving social media page performance
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and improve ROI
• Solid grip on A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion optimization

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing + social media optimization
• Proven track record with measurable results
• Ability to handle multiple projects across different industries
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
