What You Will Do

• Plan, run, and manage

  social media campaigns

  on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Work on

  paid ads

  (Meta Ads + LinkedIn Ads) including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Create engaging content – posts, reels, graphics, and short videos.
• Write creative ad copies, captions, and handle platform engagement.
• Assist with

  performance tracking

  (CTR, CPC, CPL) and prepare weekly reports.
• Brainstorm with the founder and team during office days for strategy & creative ideas.

What We Expect From You

• Must be based in

  Indore or nearby

  , and available 2 days per week at office.
• Graduate student/recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Digital Media preferred).
• Basic knowledge of

  social media ads and content creation

  .
• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop and short video editing tools.
• Good written English for captions/ad copies.
• Own laptop + stable internet connection.
