Social Media Marketing Manager

About Us:

ImageCraft Media is a Commercial & Advertising Photography and Filmmaking company, also offering specialized Social Media Marketing services. We craft impactful visual stories and help brands build a strong digital presence. We are looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to manage multiple brand pages efficiently and deliver consistent, punctual, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored for multiple clients/brand pages simultaneously.
• Create, manage, and execute monthly content calendars including posts, reels, and stories.
• Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and designers to produce visually appealing content.
• Monitor page insights, analytics, and engagement to optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Run paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Ensure brand voice consistency, timely posting, and punctual delivery of campaigns.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals, updates, and reporting.

Requirements:

• SMM / Digital Media Marketing Course, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management.
• Ability to handle multiple pages/accounts in one go with efficiency and creativity.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, paid advertising, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and highly organise with strong time management.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
• Basic graphic/video editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
