Social Media Marketing Internship in Mumbai

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in streamlining and managing company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms) while ensuring consistent content and tone of voice across landing pages, graphics, and other elements.
• Create weekly content lineups for clients.
• Monitor and respond to client queries on social media handles (initially under the supervision of the manager).
• Ensure timely posting of content on a daily basis for both company and client accounts.
• Maintain the online reputation of clients by monitoring social media platforms and responding proactively.
• Coordinate with internal staff to ensure that client profiles are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the creative head to implement client-specific weekly or monthly campaigns.
• Coordinate and distribute content across various channels.
• Schedule and coordinate monthly brainstorming sessions with the internal social media team to generate content ideas for the upcoming month.
• Maintain a media calendar for required clients.
• Create mood boards and visual concepts for clients.
• Understand and monitor social media analytics to gauge campaign performance.
• Track and report key social media metrics monthly, including engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Demonstrate an understanding of AI tools and leverage them to optimize social media strategies and content creation.
• Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva) to create engaging, visually appealing content for social media platforms.
