Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven intern to join our team and contribute to building a strong brand presence on Instagram and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes culture, trends, and content — and is excited to help shape a growing footwear brand from the inside.

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our brand and marketing heads to manage content, craft engaging stories, support campaigns, and build an active online community. You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment and pitch your own ideas that can directly impact the brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing our Instagram feed and stories daily
• Ideate and contribute to creative storylines, campaign ideas, and brand moments
• Curate UGC, manage DMs, and engage with the community
• Track content performance and suggest improvements
• Help plan and schedule content calendars and launches
• Research relevant trends, creators, and ideas to keep the brand fresh
• Occasionally assist during photoshoots or influencer campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social media, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and creator culture
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Design or video editing skills (Canva/CapCut/Figma etc. is a plus, not mandatory)
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the brand
• Based in Kerala (preferred), but open to passionate remote applicants
