Ballers is building the world's first digital members-only sports club that offers unlimited access to premium courts, turfs and recovery pods. The company has launched in India and the UAE and plans to expand to 50+ cities worldwide. 

Role Description

This is a remote role for a Social Media Marketing Intern at Ballers. You will create, schedule and optimise content across their social media accounts, engage with the community, track key metrics and work closely with the marketing team to grow our online presence.

Must have skills:

• Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Hands-on experience creating short-form video and graphic content using tools such as Canva or CapCut
• Copywriting skills with strong English grammar and an eye for catchy headlines
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret metrics
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have skills:

• Prior experience managing sports or lifestyle brand accounts
• Comfort shooting and editing footage on a smartphone or DSLR
• Knowledge of paid social ad platforms and A/B testing
• Experience with influencer outreach or community management at scale
• Passion for basketball or other sports and willingness to attend local events when needed
