Social Media Marketing Intern

This is a full-time hybrid internship role based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility.

As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will be responsible for handling the daily social media operations of multiple client accounts. Your role includes researching content ideas, posting regularly, engaging with customers on platforms, and supporting the team in executing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Research industry trends and create monthly content calendars
• Write captions and schedule posts
• Reply to comments, messages, and engage with the audience
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication
• Track performance and share insights with the team
• Assist in campaign planning and client communication where needed

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Knowledge of content planning and engagement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer) is a plus
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
