What Youll Do

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Research and analyze competitor brands, content, and positioning
• Create engaging and brand-aligned content ideas (carousels, memes, threads, video scripts)
• Collaborate with the founder for content scripting and publishing calendar
• Design basic creatives (if you know Figma big plus!)
• Track post-performance and suggest improvement ideas
• Participate in brainstorms for marketing and growth campaigns

Youre a Great Fit If You

• Have a solid grasp of how social media works for startups or marketing brands
• Love researching brands, trends, and viral content formats
• Have strong written English and know how to write hooks/captions
• Are self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: Youve used tools like Figma, Notion, Canva, Metricool, Buffer, or Hootsuite

• Work directly with the founder and early team
• Get featured on our social media and LinkedIn
