Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Research viral trends in tech/AI/startup niches
• Work with design & content teams for visuals & captions
• Write punchy captions, CTAs, and hashtags
• Manage social calendars and monitor engagement
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and contests

Skills We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Basic design sense (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong writing skills (English/Hindi both preferred)
• Trend-spotting mindset (Reels, Memes, Challenges)
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Notion, ChatGPT, Buffer, etc.
