Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement social media content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and short videos
• Write creatively for captions, posts, and campaign ideas
• Manage social media engagement and interaction with followers
• Perform basic SEO and optimize posts for reach
• Collaborate with the MDIF team to create impact-driven narratives

Skills We’re Looking For

• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools)
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & other platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO (a plus, not mandatory)
• Interest in storytelling and creative writing
• Self-motivated and open to feedback
• Strong communication and a sense of social responsibility
