Job Description

Innaya is looking for a creative marketing intern to help build our Instagram presence through high-performing, viral reels. The role focuses on short-form video content that increases reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit Instagram Reels focused on trends, hooks, and storytelling
  • Research viral formats, audios, and content ideas daily
  • Shoot product, showroom, and lifestyle content
  • Write engaging reel captions and hooks
  • Post consistently and track performance
  • Collaborate on content ideas and campaigns
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and trends
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot/VN or similar)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable shooting content and working with products
  • Interest in fashion, jewellery, or branding is a plus
Internship Details:
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Bhubaneswar
  • Stipend: 2000 per month (incentive extra)
