Innaya is looking for a creative marketing intern to help build our Instagram presence through high-performing, viral reels. The role focuses on short-form video content that increases reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Responsibilities: Create and edit Instagram Reels focused on trends, hooks, and storytelling Research viral formats, audios, and content ideas daily Shoot product, showroom, and lifestyle content Write engaging reel captions and hooks Post consistently and track performance Collaborate on content ideas and campaigns Requirements: Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and trends Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot/VN or similar) Creative mindset with attention to detail Comfortable shooting content and working with products Interest in fashion, jewellery, or branding is a plus Internship Details: Duration: 3 months Location: Bhubaneswar Stipend: 2000 per month (incentive extra)
