Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing day-to-day posting and engagement, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:

Plan and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Content Creation & Management:

Develop content calendars and collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging posts, stories, and videos across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster an active online community and maintain strong brand reputation.

• Paid Campaigns:

Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Analytics & Reporting:

Track social media KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on platform changes, social media trends, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing
• Proficiency in social media tools, scheduling platforms, and ad managers
• Strong writing, creative thinking, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
