Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic social media strategies with a primary focus on LinkedIn.Manage and optimize Searchonic’s and clients’ LinkedIn company pages and personal branding accounts.Create engaging and professional content (posts, graphics, polls, articles) aligned with brand goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with target audiences via LinkedIn outreach and messaging.Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns by identifying and connecting with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, etc.).Perform daily LinkedIn activities including profile visits, connection requests, and follow-ups.Track and report on social media performance and lead conversion metrics.Research competitors and stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm updates and best practices.Support additional organic social media marketing efforts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)About Company: Searchonic.com is a leading SEO and digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses achieve their online marketing goals.
