We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our marketing team. The candidate will primarily manage our LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube handles, with a major focus on LinkedIn. The role involves coordinating closely with the graphic design and website design teams to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all social media platforms — primarily LinkedIn and secondarily Instagram and YouTube.
Draft, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with ongoing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with the graphic design team for visuals, creatives, and event collaterals.
Coordinate with the website team for updates on event pages, banners, and blogs.
Track engagement and suggest new strategies to grow the audience and improve visibility.
Research trending topics, industry news, and competitor activity to develop fresh content ideas.
Support marketing campaigns, event promotions, and digital content initiatives.
