What You ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to brand objectives.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and manage posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry news to keep content relevant and fresh.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and build strong online communities.
• Experiment with new formats and innovative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Who We re Looking For

• 2 years of experience

  in social media marketing (Agency experience is a must).
• Strong creative skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Understanding of paid and organic social media strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• A proactive and trend-savvy approach to content creation.
