Schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance. 3. Community EngagementRespond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers. Mandatory - LAPTOP SET UP Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Analytics & ReportingTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights. Use analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social. 5. Campaign ExecutionAssist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to align messaging. Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations. 6. Trend Monitoring & InnovationStay updated on industry trends, viral content, and competitor activity. Experiment with new formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, Threads) and emerging platforms.
