1) Social Media Marketer :

Core Responsibilities and Skills:

• Content Creation:
• Crafting engaging written content (captions, articles, blog posts).
• Designing visual content (graphics, infographics, videos).
• Producing and editing video content.
• Curating relevant industry content.
• Social Media Management:
• Managing social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
• Co ordination with content creators for promotion of products
• Responding to customer inquiries and comments.
• Building and nurturing online communities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Any Graduate with excellent communication skill
• Minimum 1 year experience in Social Media handling
• Someone who is well versed in English, Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge excel, word, Google.
• Need to have basic discipline of coming on time and not take leaves frequently.
• Confidence in speaking with people for all regions of the country.
• Willingness to speak over the phone and messages with content creators

2) Jr. Accounts Executive:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and maintain financial records.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve reporting.

• Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tasks.

• Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally).

• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
