Job Description

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, collaborating with content writers and graphic designers, and driving measurable growth through strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
Run paid ad campaigns and optimize performance for maximum ROI
Monitor trends, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports
Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and maintain brand reputation
Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing
Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and ad platforms
Ability to create engaging content and copy
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
