Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. This role involves managing all social media channels, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and analyzing performance to grow brand awareness and engagement. Basic video editing skills are essential to produce short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and oversee content creation for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short videos for Reels, and YouTube.
• Schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor trends, engage with the audience, and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistent branding.
• Analyze metrics, prepare monthly performance reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Proficiency in basic video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or Canva video tools).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
