Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow Truva’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll own the content calendar, work with our design/video team, and ensure Truva’s voice comes alive on social media. From reels and walkthroughs to founder-led posts and market insights, you’ll craft and distribute content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content calendar across IG, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 
• Create and publish posts (static, reels, shorts, carousels, blogs repurposed).
• Work with design/video team to plan shoots and edit platform-optimized content. 
• Write crisp copy for captions, headlines, and posts in Truva’s brand voice.
• Track performance and insights to refine creative direction and growth
• Engage with the community: reply to comments, DMs, LinkedIn interactions.
• Spot trends and opportunities for viral/creative campaigns. 
• Collaborate with the growth & brand team to align social with larger campaigns. 

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing brand social media (IG, YT, LinkedIn).
• Strong portfolio of social content (especially reels, shorts, carousels).
• Hands-on experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business, Hootsuite, etc.). 
• Experience in startups, lifestyle/D2C brands, or real estate. 
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/CapCut/Final Cut). 
• Comfort being on camera occasionally (voiceovers, behind-the-scenes).
