We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager & Stylist – Team Kanyaadhan

Do you have a flair for fashion, a pulse on social media trends, and the ability to turn visuals into stories that connect?
Kanyaadhan — a growing accessories and lifestyle brand — is looking for a Social Media Manager & Stylist who can bring both creativity and strategy to the table.

About the Role:
This is a hybrid creative role combining social media strategy, content creation, and on-ground styling for photoshoots. You’ll be the voice and visual curator of Kanyaadhan across platforms — from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
• Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals
• Write engaging captions and collaborate on storytelling-based content
• Track insights, engagement, and growth analytics to refine strategy
• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and the design team for timely content delivery

Styling & Content Creation

• Conceptualize and style jewellery, footwear, and accessories for product and lifestyle shoots
• Coordinating with Celebrities, Influencers and their stylists for Sourcing
• Create mood boards and visual direction for campaigns
• Ensure cohesive brand aesthetics across all posts and reels
• Assist during photoshoots to maintain visual consistency and product presentation

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For:

• Strong sense of styling, aesthetics, and visual composition
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends (especially Instagram & Pinterest)
• Proficiency in writing creative captions and campaign ideas
• Basic photo/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask between styling and social media planning
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery brands preferred

Location: Ballygunge (Full-time, On-site)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; talented freshers may also apply
Salary: As per experience and skill
