Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with the audience.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and emerging tools.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaigns.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Run paid ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, plan campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or content creation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
