Designation : Social Media Manager

Nature : On-site, Permanent - Indore [M.P.]

Experience : 1 - 2 years

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across major platforms.
• Monitor channels and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Grow global organic reach, visibility, and engagement.
• Track analytics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications :

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (international market experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, backlink building, and organic digital growth.
• Good grasp of social media trends, analytics tools, and platform algorithms.
• Confident, proactive, and creative in planning marketing initiatives.
• Proficient with content creation and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, basic editing tools).
