Ruba.ai is reimagining real estate in Dubai and KSA. We’re building AI-powered tools for brokers and micro-brokers to close more deals, grow their network and own their business. From instant property listings to commission tracking, we’re giving brokers a real competitive edge.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can make Ruba.ai the name brokers talk about. This isn’t about posting pretty pictures, it’s about building a community, driving engagement, and turning attention into action. You’ll own our brand voice across platforms, work closely with the founding team and move fast.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage a content calendar tied to product launches, events, and market trends.
• Oversee content creation - posts, reels, carousels, working with designers, videographers and copywriters.
• Monitor and respond to community interactions to build trust and relationships with brokers, developers, and investors.
• Identify trends in real estate, proptech, and AI to keep Ruba.ai’s content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing. Tech, real estate experience is a Plus.

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.

• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize fast-moving tasks, and own outcomes.

• Basic experience with AI tools for content creation and social analytics.
