Social Media Manager

About Us: We are Sunglasses Brand, a Surat-based sunglasses brand defining style and attitude. We don’t just sell eyewear; we sell a lifestyle. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our Instagram, Facebook, and digital presence.

The Role: You will be the "digital brain" behind the brand. While our models create the visuals, you will decide how, when, and where they are seen. You will manage our content calendar, engage with our community, and grow our following organically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Manage daily operations for Instagram, Facebook, and [YouTube/Pinterest/Snapchat].
• Content Strategy: Plan the monthly content calendar. You decide what we post and when (Reels, Carousels, Stories).
• Caption Copywriting: Write catchy, trendy, and engaging captions that match our brand voice.
• Community Engagement: Reply to comments and DMs, and interact with potential customers and influencers to build a loyal community.
• Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on viral audio, trending challenges, and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Analytics: Track performance (Views, Likes, Saves) and tell us what is working and what isn't.

Who You Are:

• Surat Based: You know the local market and can visit the office for team meetings/shoots.
• Social Media Obsessed: You know exactly how the Instagram algorithm works and what time is best to post.
• Visual Storyteller: You have an aesthetic eye. You know how to curate a grid so it looks professional and high-fashion.
• Organized: You never miss a posting schedule.
• Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva for making stories or flyers, and basic video editing skills (InShot/CapCut).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
