Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities:1. Content Planning & StrategyDevelop and manage the monthly content calendar (posts, stories, reels, campaigns). Align content with brand voice, drops, collections, and seasonal trends. Coordinate with the founder, designer, and photographer for BTS and product content. 2. Instagram & YouTube ManagementPost daily content (reels, stories, carousels). Engage with comments, DMs, story polls, and user interactions. Monitor insights and adjust strategy for engagement & reach. 3. Reel Creation & Trend AdaptationCreate aesthetic, storytelling-based reels showcasing fabrics, outfits, styling tips, and brand values. Stay up-to-date with viral formats, audios, and ethnic fashion trends. 4. Brand Building & CommunityBuild a loyal community of Pop Naari women through UGC, features, and interactive content. Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and content creators. 5. Analytics & ReportingTrack growth (followers, reach, engagement) weekly and monthly. Share reports with suggestions on what’s working and what to improve. 🎨 Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts content creation. Good aesthetic sense – especially with ethnic wear, color palettes, and styling. Familiarity with tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut, Meta Suite, etc. Photography/videography (phone camera acceptable) is a plus. Basic knowledge of performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares). Passion for Indian fashion, culture, and women-led brands. need to know english
