We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to help build, grow, and manage a personal brand as a social media influencer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, trend-spotting, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies across multiple platforms to increase reach, engagement, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with personal brand goals.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (videos, reels, stories, posts, and lives).
• Research and leverage trends, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize visibility.
• Monitor analytics and provide insights to optimize growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content production.
• Build and maintain relationships with followers, brands, and industry peers.
• Identify and pursue brand partnership and monetization opportunities.
• Manage community interactions—responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and influencer marketing trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of personal branding and influencer growth strategies.
• Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Worked with influencers, creators, or public figures.
• Background in marketing, communications, or media.
• Familiarity with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
