Social Media Manager

• Build and manage our brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish scroll-stopping content (posts, reels, stories, carousels).
• Manage monthly content calendars & campaigns that align with business goals.
• Monitor insights, track performance, and optimize for better reach & engagement.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and strategy teams for seamless execution.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of content trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
• Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling and aesthetics.
• Comfortable with analytics and performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative mindset.
